SERVICE DELIVERY


Reaching & Rooted is a US-based remote company that operates in CST hours. All services are delivered remotely unless arranged / specified otherwise.

CANCELATION POLICY

- Month-to-Month or Subscription-Based Services:


To cancel a monthly subscription or service with Reaching & Rooted, send a written cancelation request to [email protected] no later than 72 hours before your next billing date. Cancelation requests made verbally, to an individual team member or founder's email address, or inside social media direct messages (DMs) including but not restricted to Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Discord, WhatsApp, or by SMS cannot be honored. Billing dates are mutually determined and can be found in your Service Agreement. It is your responsibility to take note of billing dates.


Project-Based, Bundled Services, or Fixed Term Agreements:


No formal notice of cancelation is required after project-based or bundled services have been completed/ executed and delivered, or at the end of a fixed term agreement of 60 days or longer.


If for some reason you wish to cancel service before the end of the term, send a written cancelation request to [email protected].

Please Note:

1. Cancelation before the full duration of the Service Agreement term does not reduce or waive the payment terms unless mutually determined otherwise at the time of cancelation.

2. In the event of early cancelation, where a portion of the total service fee is waived by mutual agreement as described above, all output and work product created by R&R in the course of fulfilling service up to that point will be your property, so long as the standalone value of those assets and work product does not exceed the amount paid.

3. Any work in progress will cease immediately upon notification of cancelation, and R&R, its subsidiaries, and its independent fulfillment partners are not responsible for their completion, effectiveness, quality, or results.

REFUND POLICY

All payments made to Reaching & Rooted are final and non-refundable except under the following conditions:

1. Where payment has been made but no Service Agreement has been signed.

2. Where work (defined according to the services provided outlined in the Service Agreement) was never begun.

3. Where Reaching & Rooted is unable to fulfill services for reasons outside their control, that are not due to actions initiated by the client, such as (but not restricted to): removal of R&R access to websites, applications, or other platforms necessary to the fulfillment of services; failure to respond to R&R communications; or any other actions which directly impede the ability of Reaching and Rooted to provide service.
