All Roots Start With a Seed 

Reaching & Rooted was founded in 2021 by two whip-smart, big-hearted women. Both saw a need for more down-to-earth marketing and book publishing help. R&R came to life with one shared belief: your story matters, and it's worth telling well. 

Our co-founders brought together their wildly different (and wildly awesome) skill sets. From marketing wizardry to story coaching to operations and editorial finesse, they’ve created something pretty outstanding. Since then, we've helped authors across the country craft and publish their stories and brands in the most authentic and empowering ways we can offer.

But we're not just here to slap a cover on a manuscript and hit "print” like other book publishing companies. We're in the business of transformation, for you and your readers.
