FAQs

AI chat bots are no big deal these days. What makes the WikiMe AI Bot so special?

Most uniquely trained bots are focused on giving product information on websites or responses to customers and essentially function as a glorified FAQ. And even those require some custom building and/ or refining that you may or may not have the time or know-how to do.

The WikiMe bot goes way beyond that with a conversational approach and much broader and more robust use cases. Our developer has spent years dialling in this product to be an entire wiki support, specifically geared towards guiding users in your book, course, and/ or other content...not just a generic website bot that answers very general questions.

In other words, the WikiMe is your standard support bot on steroids.

Our CRM offers bot capability. Can't I just create this myself?

The short answer: No. You can't. Not unless you're a professional AI developer with plenty of free time to spend on something that we've already created.

Check out our response to the first FAQ above for more detail on what makes the WikiMe so different from the standard website AI chat bot you can "easily" (spoiler alert: "easily" is relative) create yourself.

I'm in the Medical or Health & Wellness space. What about HIPAA Compliance?

The WikiMe protects you through the bot training and at the server level so you don't get dinged.

We use a HIPAA compliant collection service for collecting data and a HIPAA compliant server (not an easy thing to get!) for those cases where medical or PPI (public and patient involvement) is involved.

How much information can I add to the WIkiMe bot?

There is no limit to how much information can be added to the WikiMe bot in total.

That said, there is a training limit of 10 million characters per month. That number resets every month.

To put that into perspective, a 895-page book on Ancient Herbal Medicine (so very dense technical content) used only 4,127,068 characters.

Can I add new information and content to the WikiMe bot over time?

Yes, you can continue adding information and resources to the WikiMe bot as you create them so that your users always have the most comprehensive and accurate information at their fingertips.

Can content on the WikiMe bot be updated?

Yes, the WikiMe bot can be updated if portions of already-upload content becomes redundant or obsolete.

Is there a limit to the how many messages the WikiMe can send?

The short answer is Yes.

In its first month after going live, unlimited messages AKA WikiMe responses are allowed since it is essentially in its live test phase and you will be trying out all sort of questions to gauge response quality etc.

Starting in Month 2, the WikiMe bot will allow up to 1000 messages per month. Instructions will be added on how to stack questions to minimize the number of messages sent i.e. single responses.

Once you hit that monthly limit, you can upgrade to 10,000 messages/ month for an added fee of $125.

But don't worry—by the time you reach that point in your usage, your ROI on that extra charge will be astronomical.

How many instances of the WikiMe bot can I use at the same time?

You can embed the WikiMe bot on multiple platforms such as your website, course page, product breakdowns, and more at the same time.

How many people can use the WikiMe bot at the same time? Will it crash?

Have a course or educational or training program where dozens or even more students or team members will be accessing the WikiMe at the same time?

No problem, there is no limit to how many users can use the bot at the same time.

What about ongoing maintenance?

We provide the ongoing maintenance necessary for your WikiMe bot for an additional monthly fee. Charges are at cost and don't go into effect until Month 2 (30 days after your WikiMe bot goes live).

Check the 'WikiMe Investment' section above for maintenance pricing and breakdown.

Can I track how my WikiMe bot is being used?

Yes, you can track the frequency of use, what questions are being asked, and who is asking through your WikiMe dashboard as well as accessing the emails of everyone who uses it.

Why do I need a WikiMe page? Can't I just embed the bot where I want?

Yes, you can embed the WikiMe bot on your website, course or program portal, or internal training site.

BUT if you are planning to use the WikiMe bot to increase value and leverage your brand in the long-term, you want a dedicated page where you can stick a CTA, promote your other offerings, and/ or set up a paywall or password protection to regulate and control access to your WikiMe bot (and by extension, all your content).

Is the WikiMe an LLM (Large Language Model)? What are the security risks compared with models like ChatGPT & Deep Seek?

The WikiMe AI bot is an individually-trained AI-powered chat bot. There are common security risks between them and LLMs, but they are handled very differently. Our developer has taken these into account and mitigated them through years of testing and development. Read more here.
